Greg Ketteringham (Director) Having been in estate agency for over 30 years Greg has sold a lot of houses! Starting his career in 1976 he has experienced the well documented peaks and troughs of the housing market and can draw on these experiences to offer excellent guidance and advice. His calm and confident appearance hides a dogged determination for creating a successful and profitable business.

Simon Ketteringham (Director) Born in Headingley, and with over 20 years experience in selling and renting property in the North Leeds, Simon likes to think of himself as one of the most experienced property professionals in the area (after Greg!). Simon now ensures that Castlehill remain at the forefront of the estate agency world, constantly monitoring brand awareness, customer service and ensuring our website and associated internet search portals provide the best coverage for all clients.

Paul Lehan (Director) joined the business in 1996 and with his dynamic, energetic and professional approach combined with hard work and dedication, has helped to make Castlehill the highly successful estate agency it is today. He has a Certificate in Residential Estate Agency and was awarded Fellowship of the National Association of Estate Agents in 2002.

Mandy Needham is the longest serving member of the team, enjoying 20 years of service, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge on the way. Mandy handles the day to day running of the business, monitoring sales, advertising and liaising with both buyers and sellers.

Matthew Lehan joined as full time member of staff in 2000. Matthew progressed quickly to become a senior negotiator and valuer, working hard to complete various estate agency courses, gaining his NAEA Certificate of Practice in Estate Agency and then being awarded Fellowship of the National Association of Estate Agents.

Louise Burtonshaw joined the business in 2000. Louise’s previous experience in property rentals allowed her to quickly establish processes and systems to provide a very smooth and efficient lettings department. Tenants enjoy the personal and friendly approach that Louise provides, ensuring good landlord tenant relationships and well maintained and cared for properties.

Vicki Hill joined in 2004 and has quickly established herself within the team, filling a similar role to Mandy. Vicki’s outgoing and lively personality helps to create a positive and energetic atmosphere. Together with Mandy, the two provide a formidable front of office team, always on hand to help and deal with client’s queries and questions.
