Home Information Packs (HIPS)

Recent changes in legislation now mean that before you can market your property, a Home Information Pack (HIP) must be obtained.

This legislation is the first major change in the house selling process for many years and some buyers and sellers will perhaps be unaware of the processes involved. We have prepared a Legal Guide to help explain what is contained within a Home Information Pack.
