Surveys – we can arrange for a full survey of your house, giving it the attention it deserves and requires to market it fully.

Rentals

Castlehill runs a very high quality portfolio of professional and student properties ranging from one to seven bedrooms. As we do not manage or let for other landlords, we are able to concentrate on providing excellent service and well located properties. We have been renting property for over 30 years and in this time have earned a reputation as fair and honest landlords. We have an excellent property maintenance department and our tenants have peace of mind that they can contact us 7 days a week.
