'We absolutely fell in love with the house, location and neighbourhood. Ashwood Villas is an amazing community and only a 5 minute walk from Headingley with all the shops, cafe’s and restaurants, cinema and a farmers market once a month. It also only takes around 20 minutes to walk to the city centre. At the end of Cumberland Road there is access to the Meanwood Valley Trail, where we frequently walk our dog and onto Waitrose in Meanwood, a circa 15 minute walk. Our house has been the perfect place for our family and entertaining our friends. All the original Victorian features combined with modern technology makes it special place to live. We will hugely miss spending time in our home, it'll always have a special place in our hearts!'
