‘With its stunning original Victorian features and size this has been a great house; its long front garden is bright in the morning, and the private back garden, where we kept our free-range pet rabbit, enjoys afternoon sun. As a couple, a friend lodged upstairs, we let the flat, and the massive lounge with open fire was great when having friends over. With young children we could have big lunches after toddler group. They could play inside if it was wet, or the park is just at the top of the road. As they got older, the boys could have their friends stay over. There are rooms to have as office space if working from home. The location is so convenient, and the buses are frequent. We're both near Headingley, and only 20 minutes walk to the city centre with all its shops and restaurants and Leeds rail station. Just past Hyde Park Corner is The Meanwood Valley Trail, where you can take a green walk to Adel woods and beyond.
